Prices can and do change regularly according to our suppliers. My Pantry Store website is updated as price changes are received from our suppliers. All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Should you wish to change or cancel an order that has been placed at our online store, please contact us immediately and we will try to rectify or cancel the order if possible.
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of being placed online, therefore the time to make changes or cancel an order is limited. Please choose carefully when ordering online as we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations will be allowed.
If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not been packed or dispatched, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
We do our best to make sure our website reflects the products that are in stock, but since stock levels are constantly changing and there may be unforeseen delays from suppliers, sometimes the product you request may not be available.
If this is the case when purchasing online, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on that particular product or ask you if you would like a replacement product to be sent.

My Pantry Store is passionate about the environment. As we sell bulk food and goods please be aware that most of our items are not conventionally packaged.
Our products are packed in biodegradable and compostable unbleached Eco paper bags made from sustainably sourced materials.
Our bags are sealed with a compostable sticker seal. The bags and stickers can be placed in your home compost bin once you transfer the content to your own pantry containers.
Wherever possible we try to minimise waste and the use of plastic. However, when sending items across Australia it is also important that your goods arrive safely. When necessary we also use a compostable recycled cardboard ‘bubble’ wrap; products are then packed into cardboard boxes made from recycled materials.
By ordering on this site you agree to have us pack the goods the best way we see fit. We are always striving to reduce our waste and footprint as well as continually improving the way we do things.
Customer satisfaction is important to us with our products and service. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have received a damaged or incorrect product.
As we sell bulk food and most of our items are not conventionally packaged, we are not able to control the manner in which the food is stored once it leaves our climate-controlled conditions. We are therefore unable to accept returns of products due to a change or mind, mistaken purchase or unwanted gift.
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, a photo must be provided for the damaged item/s, along with proof of purchase to qualify for a full refund of the product.
We may request the item be returned before a refund or replacement will be issued. In some cases, the cost of freight of returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility.
If we have provided an incorrect item, we will offer a refund for the amount of the product or replace it in your next order.
Local deliveries to postcodes 2527, 2528 and 2529 will be made the day after you complete your order online. Postal deliveries will be despatched the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on Australia Post or courier delivery schedules.
Anyone who receives your delivery at the delivery address will be presumed by My Pantry Store to be authorised to receive the goods. Please ensure accurate delivery address is provided, as we do not take any responsibility for damage or loss of your order due to an incorrect address.
We cannot guarantee the state of the goods throughout the freight process and if the order is not unpacked and stored correctly within a few hours. We do not advise leaving your order outdoors for prolonged periods of time. If you are not home to receive your order we are unable to take any responsibility for theft or spoilage.
Orders placed online with no delivery instructions, will be left at the front door or in the safest place if noone is home to receive the order or if no one answers the door. We are unable to take any responsibility for the loss or damage of your goods after it has been delivered to your nominated address.
If you would like your delivery signed for, please request this in the special instructions section we will ensure the driver will not leave your order until it has been signed for. Please note that if you request this service and no one is home to sign for the order, we are unable to take responsibility for any items that have perished as a result of being returned to the courier depot.
My Pantry Store assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage occurring by reason of delay or inability to deliver as a result of fire, floods, strikes, accidents, war, embargoes, riot, or from any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond our reasonable control and if delays from such causes do occur our delivery period shall be correspondingly extended.
